ordered are in stock, we'll package and ship them to you. You will be

responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances
beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability,
carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of
power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of
God or acts of any government or agency. If you are concerned about the
availability of any particular product, please call our customer service
department at 847-255-3700 for a better estimate. Remember, any shipping
dates provided by NorthWest Electrical Supply Company or its employees are
NorthWest Electrical Supply carries a wide variety of
quality manufacturers. Most of these manufacturers offer a warranty with
their products. Please keep your NorthWest Electrical Supply receipt and
warranty information showing proof of the date of purchase. This will insure
your coverage for anything that may arise within and under the guidelines of
that particular manufacturer�s warranty.
Products and shipping costs are to be prepaid at the
time of order. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks, money
orders, and wire transfers. Additional charges may apply for wire transfers. Personal
and business checks sent will require processing time before any shipments
are sent (usually 10 business days).
Your credit card payment is processed for the amount
of your order as soon as the order is placed by you.
If you wish to cancel or change your order for any
reason, please call our customer service department at 847-255-3700
immediately. A full refund can be made provided we are contacted prior to
shipment of your stock order and/or if your non-stock product has not been
ordered from the manufacturer.
You may return stock merchandise for a full refund,
less shipping and handling, within 30 days of delivery provided that the
merchandise was provided out of our warehouse stock, is not the result of a
special buy, and is returned new, undamaged, in saleable condition and in the
original box with all packing materials, including all accessories. Do not
discard any of the original packing. The value of any missing accessories
will be deducted from the credit amount of a return, providing we can
repurchase the accessory to make the item complete and saleable.
Special ordered items are subject to cancellation,
restocking, handling, and freight charges. (Charged to us by our vendors).
These charges normally amount to approximately 25% of the return value, but
can be higher depending on specific manufacturer�s policies.
Discontinued items, custom items, installed fixtures,
or floor samples cannot be returned or cancelled unless defective.� Cut wire is non-returnable.
We must be notified within 30 days from date of
delivery that you wish to return your product. We cannot return the cost of
shipping and handling.
A "Return Goods Authorization" number will be
required from us for you to return your merchandise. Contact us at
847-255-3700 to submit your RGA request.
You the consumer (purchaser) will be responsible for return
shipping charges. Always insure your shipment for the full value of the
product. Any returned orders not having a "Return Goods Authorization" number
will be refused by us and the product will be shipped back to you at your own
expense. Please write "RGA" number on the shipping label ONLY. Do not write
directly on the carton.

All returns must be sent with prepaid shipping.
Certain products, including any opened cartons, may
require a manufacturer�s inspection, before credit is allowed. If this
procedure is necessary, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing credit.
There may be a repackaging fee.
Merchandise should be inspected at time of delivery.
If you suspect damage, please note "damaged" upon signing for your package. You
may refuse the delivery if the outside damage appears extreme or has made the
product unusable. If you find hidden damage upon internal inspection of your
cartons, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf. We
must report damage within 48 hours to UPS or Fed-Ex.
We cannot accept responsibility for broken or damaged
merchandise reported after the 48 hours. Although your order will be
considered non-returnable, we will make every effort to order replacement
parts, or arrange a repair solution at a reasonable charge to correct the
situation as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
To return a damaged product, you must have a "Return
Authorization Number" as stated in our Cancellations & Returns section.
All information collected from the consumer is
strictly for use by NorthWest Electrical Supply. We will only use your
information to assist us with processing your orders, order history, notification
of upcoming sales/events, and product availability. If you do not wish to be
